What is the different between HALAL and Muslim Friendly products?
It is our aim to bring Japan closer to anybody. With respect of each dietary and religious practise of our customer, we have define halal / muslim friendly as blelow:
① Halal:product certified with HALAL certification by Halal certified agency in Japan.
② Muslim Friendly:product which not contain animal derived ingredients and widely consumed by muslim in Japan.
What is the best way to contact WA Shopping for inquiry?
We highly recommend to contact us through Whatsapp. It is the fastest and best communication with our team.
What if I want to make confirmation to the seller before proceed to purchase?
For any question to the seller, please leave it on "additional info" at Order We Buy We Ship order form.
Is it possible to cancel my order after making the payment?
Unfortunately, order cancellation is not possible after payment has been completed.
Why I need to pay twice for my order? item payment and shipping payment is separated?
WA-Shopping is supported by our local store in Japan. After we receive your order, we will start curate and packing your order in the best condition. Then, we are able to help your

What is WA SHOPPING fee structure?
The fee definition:
・Items fee: cost of the product including Japan consumer tax (10%)
・Domestic shipping fee: cost incurred by each seller / store to WA Shopping warehouse. Some seller / store offer FREE shipping.
・WA Buying service fee: JPY 300 per order for enterprise , JPY 500 per order for individual
・WA Delivery service fee: JPY 0
・International Shipping fee: base on shipping method and shipping destination.
・Payment processing fee: - 4% of the total price for payment made by credit card. , - no fees for payment made by WISE.
・ WA Delivery service:

・WA Buying service:
1st payment ➔ Item price + Domestic shipping fee + WA Shopping buying service

What is insurance coverage for my shipping method?
We cover damaged or lost packages by following carriers’ policies to decide on the compensation amount. Since each carrier has its own compensation policy and limits the maximum amount to be compensated, you can buy shipping insurance to be eligible for additional compensation in case of any shipping issue. Please note that an undervalued package is not eligible for full compensation
EMS:
・Free insurance coverage: item value maximum of JPY 20,000.
・Additional insurance coverage: JPY 50 per each JPY 20,000 for additional value. Maximum covered items value is JPY 2,000,000.
Standard Small Package:
・items value maximum of JPY 6000.
Small package:
・No insurance coverage available.

How to pay with WISE?
We highly recommend using WISE as international money transfer solutions to make payment.

Is it possible to change my delivery address after package has been shipped out?
There might be charge for mid-delivery address change. Please contact us immediately for the changes.
Handling packages
My package was delivered to the warehouse. Why can't I see it on my order status?
Normally, it takes about 24 business hours to process your package after arrival at our warehouse. But, processing time might be delayed depending on our daily package volume. As soon as your package is received, you will be notified through email or order status in My Page.
How long is the maximum storage period?
We provide a FREE storage period of 15 days from the date your package has been received. After your package exceeds 15 days, there will be a JPY 100 storage fee per package on a daily basis for up to another 15 days. If your packages are consolidated but the storage period of sub-packages exceeds the FREE storage period, the storage fee will be still applied to each sub-package.
The maximum storage period is 30 days(including the free storage period) and WA Shopping reserves the right to dispose of your package(s) after the deadline. You will receive an automated notification on your package stored in our warehouse.
What is the difference between consolidation and re-package?
For consolidation:
We take items out of the outer boxes and combine them into one box. This will mostly minimize the dimensional weight of your package and cut down shipping costs. If packages do not fit into one box, we will try to divide them into multiple boxes.
For re-package:
Select one package you would like to re-package items in a smaller-sized box.
※The request will go to the warehouse, where the packers will use their best judgment on the best way to pack your items.
How do I request a photo service?
Please send your request through contact us form or chat with one of our customer support through Whatsapp to request photos of your received packages.
How can I request Split service?
We can split your original package into multiple packages for you to arrange shipping to separate destinations. We charge JPY 500 for each package. Please send your request through contact us form or chat with one of our customer support through Whatsapp.

How long will it take for my package to reach me?
The availability of shipping options and delivery time depend upon your package`s dimensions, weight, and destination country.
・EMS (~30 kg) : 2-5 days
・Standard Small Package (~2kg) : 6-10 days
・Small Package (~2kg) : 10-21 days ※No tracking no. available
・Standard International Air Freight (~30 kg) : 3-6 days
・Standard International Sea Freight (~30 kg) : 1-3 month

Can the items delivered to multiple locations?
Yes, we can arrange at any assigned shipping address as you would like for each package respectively. Please contact our support team for the request.
What are the items that are restricted from international shipping?
WA SHOPPING does NOT offer buying service/delivery service any of the items for security reasons.
・oversize and overweight items.
・explosive and flammable items.
・illegal goods (illegal rugs, guns, cultural property)
・Plants, animals or bacteria.

Will I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
The shipping fee does NOT include duty & taxes. The recipient will be responsible for duty and taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, and we do not have control over the customs charges in your country.

Note:
*The shipping options will vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of your package.
My package shipped, but the tracking information hasn`t been updated.
The package's tracking number will be updated within 24 hours after shipping. For MAS KARGO carrier, the package tracking number will be updated when the package arrived at our warehouse in Malaysia.
My package has been returned to WA SHOPPING. How can I have it re-shipped?
The package might be returned to the shipper for several reasons:
・The address or contact information was incorrect.
・Customs clearance failed.
・Duties and taxes were not paid in a timely manner by the recipient.
It is a customers`s responsibility to provide an accurate address and clear customs in a timely manner. WA SHOPPING do not take responsibility for the package returned due to the above reasons.
EMS does not charge return shipping fees, however other carriers charge return shipping fees as well as duties and taxes. Your package will be released only after the return and the reshipping fee as well as duties and taxes charged on your shipment are completely paid. Please contact us for further assistances.
What happens when my package is returned back to the shipper?
If a package could not be delivered for any reason (wrong address, undelivered, customs clearance failed, etc.), the package would be sent back to the sender's address or disposed of at the carrier's local facility according to the carrier's policy. We will reach out to you if we are notified by the carrier, but please note that we will not be able to take responsibility for the packages that are disposed of or returned if reasonable measures are not taken from you by the deadline specified by the local carrier or in a timely manner.
In case fo a return, the shipping fee will not be covered by us and the customer will be charged below cost, and WA SHOPPING has no control over any cost related to return shipping.
