Momoya Tsuyu Sauce Special Grade 400ml

While taking care of the rich flavor of Tsuyu Daitokkuri sauce, in order to create a more refreshing taste, we use only thickly shaved bonito flakes for the dashi stock and use the same amount of sugar as in an authentic soba restaurant. It uses granulated sugar. No chemical seasonings are used.

Tsuyu Sauce Special Grade is a simple soup made with only four ingredients: soy sauce, sugar, bonito flakes, and mirin, each of which is well-balanced and doesn’t stand out, so you can enjoy it without sacrificing the flavor of the soba. To protect the taste, we use a black bottle that is resistant to UV. This black bottle is an ecological bottle that uses over 90% recycled glass.
