WA-SHOPPING is a cross border online shopping platform selling products sold in Japan by Japanese company. This idea came genuinely from our love toward Japanese products. SHIPPING POLICY

Please make sure to contact the local carrier within their allowed period for filing a claim:
- Japan Post: up to 60 days from the shipment date
- ECMS Express: up to 30 days from the shipment date

*Note
- We cover damaged or lost packages by following carrier’s policy only to decide on compensated amount.
- Damage of outer case or branded box which was used for protecting goods are not eligible for compensation.

REFUND POLICY
WA SHOPPING operates as a middleman, an intermediary, and an agency providing the service of connecting customers with our partners' products and allowing an easy and secure way to order Japanese products globally. Thus, the product information shown on this site is the product information provided by the supplier and is displayed as it is. WA SHOPPING is responsible for the refund only if products are out of stock, missing, damaged or wrongly shipped due to our mistake. If you would like to get a refund due to other reasons, return any item, or exchange, we can help you out by contacting the supplier. Please note, that we follow their policies and merely pass you their decision.

RETURN POLICY
Your order can be returned to a supplier only within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order in our warehouse. If your order has been delivered to you but passed the specified refundable period, which is accumulated from the date your order has been delivered to our warehouse, we won’t be able to request a return to the supplier since we only mediate between suppliers and you, and must follow their policies.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, PLEASE ENSURE YOUR RETURN MEETS THE FOLLOWING STANDARDS:
- Return request should be made by contacting info@wa-japan.co.jp within 7 business days from the date of receipt of your order in our warehouse.
- Returned products must be in their original condition: unopened (i.e., primary packaging must be intact), unused, unmarked, and not disfigured).
- Refund or reshipment will not be made if the delivery has failed due to the incorrect or insufficient shipping address.
- Return should be arranged by you using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee as well as duties and tax.
- Return handling fee and shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Therefore, we are not responsible for the shipping process. That means that we are not responsible for any delay, damage or disappearance of parcels. Furthermore, we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. Although we are always ready to help you with delivery problems caused by third parties, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses that are not caused by us. If a parcel is missing or delivered damaged, you should file a claim directly to the local carrier used for last-mile delivery. Once you get confirmation from the carrier that your claim has been accepted, please wait designated period. If you have any issues, you may contact us, and we will do our best to help.

ORDER CANCELATION
You can cancel your order only before your order is processed. Once your order is placed on WA SHOPPING, there is only a very small window of time we can cancel your order since we place your order shortly after we received your order requests. Please contact our support team at info@wa-japan.co.jpwith your order number, full name and email address associated with your account to request and/or get approval for the cancellation of your order.

RETURN POLICY

CHANGE REQUEST
When an order hasn't been shipped yet, we might be able to change details. Please contact us at  info@wa-japan.co.jp as quickly as possible and tell us your order number, your name, and the correct information. If you have to change your shipping address after your order has been dispatched, there will be a handling service fee charged by the carrier.

Item Price:
-cost of item when customer place an order or win the bidding product.
Payment Fee:
-cost incurred when purchasing the item from seller.
Domestic(Japan) Shipping Fee:
-cost of delivery from seller to WA-JAPAN warehouse(where applicable)

Other Fees Charged to the User

Consumption Tax:
-the tax requested by the seller (where applicable)
Insurance Fee:
-the cost occurs when shipping the parcel (optional cost)
Packaging Fee:
-the cost occurs when parcel consolidation, re-packaging, split parcel, etc. is requested (optional)

Payment

Payment Method:
-Customer may pay via WISE payment or credit card.
Purchase cost:
-WA-SHOPPING will inform the customer of applicable fees via email and in the customer My Page after place an order.
Shipping cost:
-WA-SHOPPING will inform the customer of applicable fees via email after the item has been weighed and checked the content at our warehouse. Customer will receive a notification about the international shipping fee to the designated address, optional service fees and consumption tax.

Package delivery

Customers are able to check the status of packages on their My Page. The package will be shipped out within 3 business days after receiving the shipping payment.

Shipping limitations

WA-SHOPPING can handle items which can be shipped based on the Shipping policy.

Refunds and Returned Goods

WA-SHOPPING do not accept cancellations. The customer will be responsible for the following charges:
-Cost incurred in re-shipping the package (international shipping fee) in the event that the package is returned to our warehouse due to refusal by the recipient or the recipient can not be reached at the address within a specific time frame.
