Yumepirika is a new variety from Hokkaido that was born in 2011.
In tasting tests (Hokkaido and Tokyo), it was more popular than the king of rice, Koshihikari.
Just the right amount of stickiness and rich sweetness. When cooked, it will be glossy, soft, and chewy.
We recommend a simple way to enjoy the taste of the rice itself. In addition, it remains sweet even when cooled, does not harden, and has just the right amount of stickiness, making it perfect for lunch boxes and onigiri.
Recommended ways to eat: natto rice, bento boxes, rice balls.

✿Low-temperature manufacturing method
In high-temperature conditions, the oxidation of rice progresses and the taste deteriorates.
We maintain the freshness and deliciousness of our rice using our unique manufacturing method, which involves storing, polishing, and packaging the rice in a low-temperature factory below 15°C, which is suitable for storing rice.

Freshly milled rice is divided into 2 cups each in highly airtight packs and an oxygen absorber is enclosed. Prevents oxidation and deterioration of rice. It does not take up much space when stored in the refrigerator.
